Steven D. Crawford, MBA, CML
President/CEO
Leveraging his 30+ years of experience, Steven Crawford creates meaningful change for individuals, teams, and organizations around the world. He currently serves as a Director, Relationship Lead and Delivery Consultant, InteraWorks, President/CEO at Paradigm Alignment, and is also a sought-after Coach and Speaker.
Steven has established a well-deserved reputation as the go-to resource for resolving the most demanding of business challenges and for achieving operational and financial goals through talent and team development. He has mastered the organizational and leadership skills critical for success at all levels and is particularly gifted at helping professionals in high growth environments and rapid change or those struggling with tough economic, competitive, and regulatory conditions.
Steven served eight years in the United States Marine Corps and Reserves, earning Marine-of-the-year honors and several meritorious masts. He lives in Lone Tree, Colorado and enjoys reading, volunteer leadership, and physical fitness.
Kevin E. Grey, aPHR

Kevin is a highly motived, proven leader known for building highly functioning, motivated, dynamic teams of operational and technical resources in both the Financial Services and Risk Management space. He believes each individual can make a difference, add value, and contribute to company growth and profitability. Kevin has led individuals and teams to achieve success at unprecedented levels; challenging conventional thinking and pushing others around him to elevate goals and objectives.
Kevin has a passion for providing guidance to people seeking the freedom and pride of business ownership. Having worked in a leadership role the majority of the last 30 years, he has maintained a laser focus on helping people grow both personally and professionally.
Kevin was born and raised on the East Coast and proud to call himself a Coloradan for the last 25+ years. Kevin lives SW of Denver with his wife, a Colorado native, and enjoys racquetball and snowshoeing.
Jon McGuire
CTO
Jon is a transparent senior leader in technology delivery. He prides himself on teaching the people around him how to be prepared and handle any situation. Leading by example, Jon often plays an advisor to other members of the team. Jon is passionate about delivering the right product the right way while maintaining visibility and complete transparency at every step.
Specializing in financial technology over the course of his career, he has branched out into many other industries using the skills learned. These include real estate, mineral servicing rights and even in retail. Using his unique experience has enabled him to approach these new areas with a calm and steady mindset, while still being able to learn each area and successfully deliver.
Jon was raised as a son of a military family and moved frequently during his childhood, but has been in Colorado for the past 30 years. Living in Northwest Arvada with his wife and two sons.
